Prices
Prices are expressed in euro.

The contract that the end user enters into with the NGO for the sale of products and services is a one-time contract for the purchase and sale of products or services that is consummated by the delivery of goods or services by the NGO and the payment made by the end user, in case it is not terminated. These General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Purchase Agreement between the NGOand the end user.
Payment methods
Payment methods we accept are bank transfer, Revolut bank transfer, Paypal and card payments.
Tickets
There are no physical tickets. Once you make your payment, fill out the form and leave your names for the tickets. Those names will be on the list at the entrance. You can change the name on your ticket and send another person until June 12th. To change a name, send us an email from the email that was left as a contact when purchasing the ticket in the form. Tickets are not refundable.

In the case of a dispute between a consumer and a trader, a report can be submitted to the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Crafts or a proposal for conciliation to the Center for Conciliation.
The merchant and the consumer will try to resolve any disputes by agreement and peacefully, otherwise the court in Zagreb is competent.
